Our Process

We’ll begin with an initial briefing on your needs. We will then prepare a comprehensive list of suppliers that we will transport you to around Bali. With our experience we know the best suppliers at the right prices. If you aren’t able to make it to Bali, no problem. We can take care of everything on your behalf.

After you choose the items you want, our team will collect the data, photograph and size everything, and then we will prepare a detailed listing for you to keep track of the volume of your order with our state of the art software that was designed specifically by us for our industry.

Once we are completed we will email you your orders and request a 50% deposit so that we can start production or hold items you have chosen from ready stock. Our team will then go to each supplier with detailed information on how you want your goods finished.

Our quality control staff will usually do two visits to the suppliers to ensure all is going as planned and on time. Once the goods are ready, we will then request the balance payment from you so we can arrange to have the goods collected by cargo and packed ready for loading into the container. On packing day, there is always a representative from our office there to ensure all goes smoothly.

Product Development

Often we have clients who want a customised piece, and we have to discuss with our suppliers about producing special orders. Our in-house design team can assist you with drawing up your concept in technical, 2D or 3D visuals using AutoCAD Sketch up, Vray and 3D Max software. Our aim is to ensure we have all your solutions handles in house.


Communicating in a foreign country can be difficult even just when on a holiday. So trying to do business can definitely be a daunting process when you can’t speak the local language. So a partner who you can trust for professional, reliable communication is imperative.

You’ll receive regular email updates about your orders, and we are also available to you through for free international calls and texts using applications such as WhatsApp and Skype. We are able to have staff on the ground at the suppliers doing photos and video calls live with you during production if needed.


We can arrange all your shipping requirements from FCL (full container loads) to LCL (loose cargo loads) as well as airfreight and International post courier. With some products, we can arrange for you to have them as soon as 3-5 working days at your doorstep. The average shipping time to Australia is approximately 4 weeks, while shipping USA and Europe is 4-6 weeks.

We have been working with Mundo Line Cargo now for over 15 years. They are tried and trusted and an important partner to our company. Insurances are available with your shipment for an additional 3% of the cargo value if you require. Of course, if you have your own cargo we are happy to work in conjunction with them for sending your goods.

All documentation for clearing Indonesia are prepared by cargo and all appropriate Certificates of Origin and Fumigation are prepared and sent ahead of arrival to your destination via DHL. Packing lists with clearly labeled box numbers with details of what is in the boxes are sent ahead so you can unpack with ease.
